The Moscow Mills Municipal Court is a division of the 45th Judicial Circuit Court of Lincoln County. The Municipal Court adjudicates traffic and other ordinance violations filed by the Moscow Mills Police Department.
The mission of the Municipal Court is to treat the citizens who appear in a timely, courteous and efficient manner and assure a fair and impartial disposition of their cases.
If you have received a citation for an ordinance violation, you may pay your fine prior to the court date or you may contest the charge in court. If the violation is not listed on the fine schedule, you must appear in court. Please follow the below links for more information.

COURT SESSIONS
Court is held once a month at the Moscow Mills City Hall at 995 Main Street.
Court sessions are open to the public; however, please keep in mind that space in the courtroom is limited and court proceedings require a quiet audience. All persons attending court are subject to search before entering.
DIRECTIONS
The court clerk’s office and the municipal courtroom are located at 995 Main Street.
From US 61, exit at Route C and go east. Turn right onto Route MM (if you are on Route C and reach Adams Street, you’ve gone too far). On Route MM make the third right onto Main Street (after the United Methodist Church). Go to the end of Main Street; the court is in the red brick building on the right. Click here for a map.
