The City of Moscow Mills is experiencing tremendous growth with large numbers of new homes. Since the Spring of 2015, nearly 200 single family residences have been planned, started or finished. The city now has over 1000 water customers including both residential and commercial clients. Due to this unprecedented growth, the city recently purchased a new city hall to better serve its residents. It is the “original” school building for the city and is at least 105 years old.
