Due to the current pandemic conditions, this meeting will be held by videoconference only.  To view the meeting or be seen, you must have a camera-capable device, such as an iPhone, iPad, or a desktop or computer with a webcam.  However, you may join for audio only purposes.  To join go to https://zoom.us/j/421891708.  The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, April 29, 2020.  There is no need to join early.  The meeting will be recorded and minutes will be available to the public pursuant to Missouri Sunshine Law.
