Public hearings will be held at Moscow Mills Lions Club, located at 30 Freise Industrial Drive by the Planning and Zoning Commission on December 2, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. and by the Board of Aldermen on December 9, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. regarding proposed changes to the City of Moscow Mills Zoning Code and Subdivision Regulations.

The purpose of this district is to increase the opportunity for business growth and development by maximizing the benefits of the high traffic area and decrease the problems associated with residential homes along a high traffic area.

Current uses will not be affected.

NOTICE is given that public hearings will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Moscow Mills at 6:00 p.m. on December 2, 2024 and by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Moscow Mills at 6:30 p.m. on December 9, 2024 at the Moscow Mills Lions Club building, located at 30 Freise Industrial Dr, concerning the matter of zoning change for the following described real estate:

Zoning change from C-4 (Regional Shopping Center District) to R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential District)

The City of Moscow Mills, Missouri, will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on December 9, 2024, at the Moscow Mills Lions Club, 30 Freise Industrial Drive, in Moscow Mills, Missouri.  This hearing is being held pursuant to the requirements of Sections 99.800 to 99.865 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended, to discuss the redevelopment project for the area known as the “Highway 61 Redevelopment Area” in the City of Moscow Mills, Missouri and to determine if the redevelopment project is making satisfactory progress under the proposed time schedule contained within the approved plan for completion of such project.

The hearing is open to the public. The public is invited to submit written comments to the City prior to the date of the hearing at the address listed below.  All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing.

NOTICE is given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustments of the City of Moscow Mills at 7:00 p.m. on November 4, 2024 at the Moscow Mills Lions Club, located at 30 Freise Drive, in Moscow Mills, MO concerning the matter of a variance application submitted by Copper Valley, LLC.  The variances being requested is to allow up to six attached units, and to allow units to be a minimum of 650 square feet, in an area zoned R-S Senior Residential District.  For more information, please contact City Hall.

The City of Moscow Mills Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 5, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Moscow Mills Lions Club, located at 30 Freise Industrial Drive, for the purpose of adopting the 2024 Comprehensive Plan in accordance with the provisions of the RSMo 89.360. The Comprehensive Plan is an official document adopted as a policy guide to direct decisions about the development of the community and serves as the foundation for the future land use regulations and policies adopted by the city.

NOTICE is given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustments of the City of Moscow Mills at 5:30 p.m. on June 10, 2024 at the Moscow Mills City Hall in Moscow Mills, MO concerning the matter of a variance application submitted by Ryan Dubinski.  The variance being requested is to allow a reduction in lot size from 7,500 square feet to 5,161 square feet +-, in an area zoned S-D Special Old Town District.  For more information, please contact City Hall.
