NOTICE is given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Moscow Mills, at 6:30 p.m. on June 10, 2019 at the Moscow Mills City Hall in Moscow Mills, Mo. concerning the matter of the proposed annexation into the City of Moscow Mills of the following described real estate in Lincoln County, Missouri, to-wit:
A tract of land located within U.S. Survey No. 1791 and Fractional Section No. 4, Township 48 North, Range 1 East of the 5th P.M., adjacent to the Town of Moscow Mills, Lincoln County, Missouri, containing 2.84 acres, more or less, owned by the City of Moscow Mills.
A tract of land being the Eastern half of the right of way of the St. Louis and Troy Railroad Company Right of way which lies immediately West of the “Kruse Tract” in U.S. Survey No. 1791, and Fractional Section No. 4, Township 48 North, Range 1 East of the 5th P.M., owned by the City of Moscow Mills.
All of Lot number 1 in Block 9 in the town of Moscow Mills, Lincoln County, Missouri, also all the land east of Lot number 1 in Block number 1 in the Jacob Voepels Addition, and the lands of St. Louis and Hannibal Railroad Company and thirty feet for county road, owned by the City of Moscow Mills.

At this public hearing any interested person, corporation or political subdivision may present evidence regarding the proposed annexation. Furthermore, any objections to the proposed annexation should be filed, in writing, with the Board of Aldermen of the City of Moscow Mills not later than fourteen days after the date of the said public hearing.
