NOTICE is given that public hearings will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Moscow Mills at 6:00 p.m. on April 6, 2020 at the Moscow Mills City Hall in Moscow Mills, MO and by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Moscow Mills at 6:30 p.m. on April 13, 2020 at the Moscow Mills City Hall in Moscow Mills, MO concerning the matter of setting zoning as C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial District) for the following described real estate:
