NOTICE is given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustments of the City of Moscow Mills at 6:30 p.m. on July 13, 2020 at the Moscow Mills City Hall in Moscow Mills, MO concerning the matter of a variance application submitted by John Schlichter. The variance being requested is to allow an exception to Section 46.145 #6, which requires all accessory buildings to be ancillary to the main building and use on the subject property, so that a 12 x 32 garage can be place at 157 W.
