Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE is given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustments of the City of Moscow Mills at 6:30 p.m. on October 12, 2021 at the Moscow Mills City Hall in Moscow Mills, MO concerning the matter of a variance application submitted by Lincoln County Ambulance District to allow an exception to Section 46.120 G #1, which states that the front yard building setback requirement shall be not less than 50 feet in an area zoned C-3 General Commercial District.  The variance being requested is to allow a reduction on the front yard building setback requirement to 15 feet at 28 Walter Court.  For more information please contact City Hall.
