Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE is given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustments of the City of Moscow Mills at 6:30 p.m. on September 14, 2023 at the Moscow Mills City Hall in Moscow Mills, MO concerning the matter of a variance application submitted by the Moscow Mills Lions Club.  The variance being requested is to allow an additional three year exception to the existing six year exception to the requirements of Section 46.120 I(4) requiring all of the lot used for parking of vehicles and storage and display, and all driveways used for vehicle ingress and egress to be paved and maintained in accordance with the City of Moscow Mills Ordinances, as amended.  For more information please contact City Hall.
