Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE is given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustments of the City of Moscow Mills at 6:30 p.m. on January 8, 2024 at the Moscow Mills City Hall in Moscow Mills, MO concerning the matter of a variance application submitted by Missouri Best Properties, LLC.  The variance being requested is to allow the construction of two four-plex residential buildings at 274 E. Second St., which is zoned S-D Special Old Town District.  For more information, please contact City Hall.
