Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE is given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustments of the City of Moscow Mills at 6:30 p.m. on April 15, 2024 at the Moscow Mills City Hall in Moscow Mills, MO concerning the matter of a variance application submitted by DJ Land, LLC.  The variance being requested is to allow a reduction from 25 ft. to 20 ft. front yard setbacks for Lots 125 through 136 of Orchard Grove, zoned R-1A Single Family Residential District.  For more information, please contact City Hall.
