The Planning and Zoning Commission meetings normally take place on the first Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. They are held at City Hall located at 995 Main Street. In the case of a holiday, citizens should contact Moscow Mills City Hall at 636-356-4220 to check on the possibility of the meeting being rescheduled. ***Please note, until further notice all Planning and Zoning meetings will be held at the Moscow Mills Lions Club, located at 30 Freise Industrial Drive.
