NOTICE is given that public hearings will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Moscow Mills, at 6:00 p.m. on April 3, 2017 and by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Moscow Mills, at 6:30 p.m. on April 10, 2017 at the Moscow Mills City Hall in Moscow Mills, Mo. concerning the matter of the proposed special use permit under section 46.135.D.3 of City Code for the following location:
The area of Industrial Court and MGM Court, specifically in the public right-of-way located near the southwest corner of the property known as 1075 Industrial Court.
The special use permit application is for the placement of a 75’ tall utility pole within an area zoned I-1 Light Industrial.
At this public hearing any interested person, corporation or political subdivision may present evidence regarding the proposed special use permit.
