Effective 4 p.m.
At 4:00 pm on January 14th, 2022, Mayor Patrick Flannigan will declare a traffic snow emergency under Ordinance 76.500.
The following acts shall be prohibited during a traffic snow emergency:
1. The parking of any motor vehicle upon streets within the City; and
2. The operation of a motor vehicle upon City streets so as to impede the free movement of traffic upon a said street or impede the removal or treatment of snow, sleet, or ice upon the street.
