NOTICE is given that public hearings will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Moscow Mills, at 6:00 p.m. on July 1, 2019 and by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Moscow Mills, at 6:30 p.m. on July 8, 2019 at the City Hall in Moscow Mills, Mo. concerning the matter of the proposed special use permit under section 46.120.D.3 of City Code. The special use permit application is for the sale of firearms within an area zoned C-3 General Commercial District, located at 151 Moscow Springs Plaza.
At this public hearing any interested person, corporation or political subdivision may present evidence regarding the proposed special use permit.
